Ingredients:
- Broccoli – 2 (cut into florets)
- Shrimp (washed and deveined) – 10 to 12
- Onion (sliced) – ½ cup
- Green chilies – 4 to 5
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Ginger (crushed) – ½ tsp
- Soya sauce – 1 to 2 tbs
- Black pepper – 2 tsp
- Oil – 3 tbs
- Salt to taste
- Brown sugar to taste
Preparation:
- Heat the oil in a wok. Add the onion and fry them for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and the broccoli and stir.
- Put in the shrimps and ginger. Fry them all for 2 minutes.
- Add the green chilies, salt and the black pepper; stir.
- Now add the soya sauce and stir for 1 minute; add sugar.
- Serve with hot steamed rice.
