Golden Potatoes



Ingredients:

  • Big russet potatoes – 4
  • Butter – 3 to 4 tbs
  • Black pepper – 2 tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Paprika – ½ tsp


Preparation:

  1. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Heat the butter on the pan. Add the potatoes and salt; fry for 2 minutes. Cover the pan with lid on medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Add the black pepper and fry them on high heat for some time until they become little crispy.
  4. Sprinkle paprika on top of the potatoes.
