Ingredients:
- Big russet potatoes – 4
- Butter – 3 to 4 tbs
- Black pepper – 2 tsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Paprika – ½ tsp
Preparation:
- Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
- Heat the butter on the pan. Add the potatoes and salt; fry for 2 minutes. Cover the pan with lid on medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
- Add the black pepper and fry them on high heat for some time until they become little crispy.
- Sprinkle paprika on top of the potatoes.
