Ingredients:
- Broccoli (cut into florets) – 3 cups
- Bell pepper – 3 cups
- Carrot (chopped) – 1 cup
- Onion (chopped) – ½ cup
- Green chilies (slit opened) – 2-3
- Garlic cloves – 2-3
- Ginger crushed – ½ tsp
- Soya sauce – 2 tbs
- Worcestershire sauce – 1 /2 tbs
- Black pepper – 1 tsp
- Oil – 1-2 tbs
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
Preparation:
- Heat the oil and put the onion and garlic. Fry them for some time and add the vegetable, salt, black pepper, and ginger.
- Stir them and add the green chilies, soya sauce and worcestershire sauce.
- Keep stirring for 5 minutes and then add sugar.
- Serve with steamed rice.
