Spicy Spaghetti and Meatballs


Ingredients:

  • Ground beef – ½  kg or 1 lb
  • Onion (chopped) – 2 to 3 cups
  • Green chilies (chopped)  – 3 to 4
  • Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • Cumin power – ½ tsp
  • Ginger paste – 1 ½ tsp
  • Garlic paste – 1 ½ tsp
  • Black pepper (ground) – 1 tsp
  • Basil- Leaves or ground - to taste
  • Rosemary ground - to taste
  • Thyme ground - to taste 
  • Italian seasoning - to tatse 
  • Bread crumbs – 2 tbs
  • Angel hair spaghetti – 1 pack
  • Mozzarella cheese (grated) – 1 ½ cups
  • Olive oil – 3 to 4 tbs
  • Pasta sauce – ¾ cup
  • Salt to taste 


Preparation:

  1. Take a large shallow pan and fill with water. Add 1 tsp olive oil and little bit salt. Bring the water to boil and add the spaghetti. After they are boiled, drain the water.
  2. Mix the ground meat along with all the spices and salt. Make small balls with your hand. Heat some olive oil in the pan and fry the meat balls in medium heat. After they are cooked inside, remove them from the stove.
  3. Take a baking dish and spread the spaghetti evenly. Now put the meat balls and pour the pasta sauce over them. Sprinkle them with the cheese and little olive oil.
  4. Now bake them for 6-7 minutes on oven. Serve them hot with some garlic bread.
