Ingredients:
Baby spinach – 1 whole bunch (chopped)
Canned tuna – 2 (drained)
Chopped onion – 2 tbs
Ginger paste – ½ tsp
Garlic paste – ½ tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – ½
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Green chili – 2 (chopped)
Oil – 2 tbs
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Heat the oil and fry the onion until they are brown.
Add all the spices and stir them along with little
water. Fry the spices for five 5-8 minutes until it becomes thicker.
Add the tuna and stir them well for 5 minutes.
Stir in the spinach and the green chilies. Stir for
2 minutes. Cover the pan with lid and simmer on medium heat for 8-10 minutes or
until the spinach is cooked.
Serve with warm rice.
