Ingredients:
- Yogurt (plain and whipped) - 1 cup
- Butter or ghee or oil- 1/2 cup
- Tandoori chicken spices- 2 - 3 tbs
Preparation:
- Wash and cut the chicken well.
- Take a bowl and mix the yogurt, lemon juice, tandoori spices, ginger and garlic. Mix them all with a spoon.
- Now marinade the chicken with the yogurt mixture for 4- 5 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven at 375 F or 190 C. Arrange the chicken pieces on a foil pan and pour the ghee or oil on top. Now cook them on oven for 20-30 minutes.
- Serve the chicken with cucumber fresh salad :)
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken: 1 lb or 4 cups (cut into small cubes)
- Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
Direction:
- Wash the chicken well and cut into small cubes.
- Take a pan and heat the oil. Put the onions and bay leaf and stir for 10 minutes or until the onions become golden.
- Now put the ginger and garlic paste and stir. Add little water so it does not get burnt. Add the chilli, turmeric and coriander powder. Stir them all for 5 minutes by adding little water at a time.
- When the oil evaporates in the gravy, add the chicken and stir for another 2 minutes.
- Now, add 1/2 cup of water (or more if needed) and cover it with the lid in medium flame. After 20 minutes or when the chicken is tender, increase the flame and stir for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with rice :)
Ingredients:
- Chopped green chillies- 6-8
- Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Direction:
- Wash the lentils and soak them for 3-4 hours or overnight.
- Drain the water and put them on food processor and blend them well with little water.
- Now take out the lentils mix and add the chillies, onions, ginger, garlic, chilli, turmeric and salt. Mix them well with a wooden spoon.
- Take a shallow pan and heat the oil. Now Take a small spoon and scoop the lentils mix. Slowly fry them in batches.
- Serve the piaju with your favorite sauce :)
